With more than 19 years of professional experience and a diploma in Culinary Arts from Kenya Utalii College, Mr. Muthaga leads a team of excellent kitchen staff to ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on an efficient schedule. His passion and love for the process involved in actualizing menus ensures that each customer has an exceptional and personalized dining experience.

Besides cooking, Paul loves playing basketball and mentoring youths.
